I started earlier than usual today. I woke around 6 a.m. and began with a quick morning workout. Standing on the balcony, I watched a clear sunrise and felt cool air that made everything calm. While I took it in, a line came to mind: “Every day is a blank canvas. Paint it with purpose, persistence and a little courage, and watch your masterpiece unfold.”

That line fits. Each sunrise is a fresh start, a blank page for new experiences, lessons and moments of growth. Yesterday is done. Today is a chance to do some good, focus on what matters and get things moving.
“With every sunrise comes a chance to rewrite your story; fill each chapter with intention, courage, and hope.”
Some days, routines and busyness crowd out time to pause and think about what matters. The answer stays the same: keep moving in the right direction. Even on a chaotic day, you can steer toward what you care about.
Looking back on a day can show you what to change and how to handle challenges differently. Think of each day as a blank canvas. Every brushstroke is a decision, and every color is a feeling or an intention you bring to it.
So greet each morning as a new start. Every day is a chance to make things right, to grow and to shape your life one day at a time.

Your turn
If today is a blank canvas, what’s the first brushstroke you’ll paint on it?
a walk, a call, a cup of coffee in the sun?
